December TGU & Swing Challenge Day 17

as i said, i decided to stick with the 16kg for a while for times sake and to give my body time to recuperate a bit while doing so much volume. shoot, the workout i just did would have taken me two weeks to do... two weeks ago before starting this challenge.

half warmup

all 30kg
TGU x1 (starting from standing), swings x30 (2 R, 2L, etc) - x16
TGU x1, swings x13 (2 by 2 alternating except for the last one which was 2H)
switching swings x17

* i did a clean and press into each TGU since i started from standing. so i got a little extra shoulder work in.
* since i started from standing i had to do a swing to change hands. i counted that... hence the 13 for the last set
* i also alternated what side i started with to try to keep things as even as possible.

so again, if my math is correct

today - 17 TGUs, 510 swings
this week - 48 TGUs, 1490 swings
this month - 117 TGUs, 3990 swings

left this week - 510
