Today was my fourth consistant workout using the program minimum. Feeling much easier and form is coming a long way as well! Would like to take program minimum a little further and longer to complete. I am using this time to work on form, get in better shape and just build a foundation for when the rite of passage comes.

Completed 5 minutes of Turkish get-ups with a 24kg KB. But was able to complete a target number of reps in less time so I could rest a few seconds in between each minute of get-ups.
Then went on to do 12 minutes of Man Makers using a 24kg KB. This I was able to manage 200 reps within the aloted time frame. Felt Great!!! Looking forward to working on some snatches and other drills on Saturday!!!
