    A.M. Workout - Interval training: did 20 minutes alternating between a 6 and 8 level every 2 minutes.

    P.M. Workout - TGUs 32kg KB --> 5 minutes non-stop = about 15 reps
    Deadlifts - 225/5 225/5 225/5 225/5 225/5
    Pull-Ups 3,2,1,2,1,1

    Ran over 2 1/4 miles on the treadmill in 25 minutes. Keeping up this pace for the next month and a half or two of 2-3 workouts a week to improve my overall body composition and conditioning. Felt great!!!

    24kg 1-Arm kettlebell swings 5 sets of 10 swings both left and right arms. = 100 reps
