    Squat - 135/5 225/5 315/5 315/5 315/5
    didn't go very heavy on this squat session. Just worked on my form and making sure that my knees didn't go past my toes.

    10 Minute KB Snatch Test - 150 reps with a 24kg KB.

    Deadlifts - 135/5 225/3 315/2 385/1 then did 425/4 425/4 425/4 425/4 425/4
    used belt on the last two sets. It was a very hard workout, but I managed to get through it all. I didn't have in gas in the tank or grip strength to finish the workout with pull up or glute and ham raises. Back had enough. Also tore a callous.

    rolled a 10 with my dice and did 10 minutes of KB snatches at about a 60% effort. managed to get 100 reps in.
