    KB Turkish get-up using 16kg KB 2x3
    24kg KB Military Presses 3 ladders 3 rungs
    5 minutes of KB Swings @ 80% for a total of 80 repitions

    One arm swings - 3x10 each arm; left & right
    One arm Snatches - 3x10 each arm; left and right
    Turkish Get Ups - 10 reps total

    Started working out again, and I am very out of shape. Wanting to get back in the groove of things and cut the weight down. Started out doing a simple circuit of:
    (20) Kettlebell Swings (10 each arm)
    (20) Kettlebell Snatches (10 each arm)
    (10) Windmills (5 each arm)
    went through the circuit twice for a total of 100 reps.
