Windmill - 2x5 L-R w/ 16kg
MP - 3x5 L-R w/ 24kg
KB Row - 4x5 L-R w/ 24kg
Single Leg DL - 2x5 L-R w/ 2-16kg
Swings - 15 min. 4x5 L-R w/ 24kg
Good workout. Started breathing heavier about the 13th minute, fought through the final 2 minutes; tired, but stronger than previous workout.
MP - 3x5 L-R w/ 24kg
KB Row - 4x5 L-R w/ 24kg
