    Swings: 25x4 still working on form, developing stamina to build up sets.

    Started training today w/ assist of Faizal S. Enu RKC Instructor in Tampa. Great session. Was able to practice technique for the swing and get up. His observations were right on and provided me the info to correct movements to maximize efforts and prevent potential problems with bio-mechanics.
