    recent 5ks
    09-02-05 21:55 hilly course, water crossings, wasnt in the best of shape
    09-07-05 21:22 good race, solid splits, still not in prime racing shape
    09-10-05 20:36 flat course, solid splits, could have used some extra speedwork prior to
    09-16-05 20:55 course had a hill like none other, never quite recovered
    09-23-05 20:26 too grassy and narrow for the likes of me, water crossings
    09-27-05 21:05 quite hilly, I took off too ...
