100 pushups. 50 of them were of the diamond variety. Reached 100 in two sets.
8/8/8/6 pullups on low roof edge of building. Mixed some iso holds in a top of various reps.
50 mountain climbers
Some body flow work.
This was a changeup day. Trying to maintain capillarization and minimize chances of overuse shoulder injuries by varying angles of pressing motion.
