Training Log: March 24th, 2007

GTG pistols x5 w/1.5 pood kb
One arm push-up GTG 3 per side.
Again trying to vary angle of press. Working around annoying injuries. (Lower back now)
The quest is 20 rep mil presses with the two pood. I'm trying to maintain a semblance of cardio conditioning because of an upcoming physical test. Tomorrow will be an off day and then I'll have another GTG mil press day. I'm considering adding some jogging in here for cardio and it actually seems to speed recovery from heavy lifting. The lower back is the question.
