Yesterday:
BenchPress: 185x6, 205x4,225x3,245x2, 265x1
Deadlift: 245x5,265x5,285x3
Hanging Leg lift: 1x5
Pullups: 10
Comment:
Been under the weather for a few days. Just getting over it. Felt very strong on the bench. Did the deadlifts using sumo style, to take some of the pressure off lower back.
Hanging leg lifts were mostly for spinal decompression.
