    Rotated Big 5. Swing,1arm D/L, 4 play,C&P,one arm overhead squat.
    SNATCHED the 24K. Today for the first time. UNREAL PR... I now know that the RKC is a possibility. Until today I had to jerk the 24 overhead and it was unstead at best. I am finally learning how to engage the upper thigh with the upper body....
    Wow. What a difference
