    Slept the BEST in recent memory...fatgue...on couch crash...then went in like 8:15...no exercise yesterday and backpack??? may have helped! Thus 12 bike/ecise stretch/22 cybex/20 wave and OUT...long day today so no run?????? IS THIS OK prior to Sun....WE WILL SEE..."more is less"
