    Feel stronger today...R & R pays off Ran, but a short "sprint"
    Chest/Tri hard -I see the results of my efforts and this continues to drive me. Abs(hanging), balance, stretch...No push ups...postponed chin up attempt until tomorrow. GTG!

    Off day. Abs, balance, stretch, pushups. Getting ready to attempt pullups- well see. Feel tired and sluggish but I DON'T think its physical. Focus and GTG!

    Lots of R & R and running over weekend. I feel good. Some KB yesterday. Legs hard, push ups, abs, stretch. 10 weeks into tight nutrition. Keep it up and GTG!
