    My lower back wasn't feeling real good after my workout yesterday. I think I need to get a new bed, I felt a little twinge when I woke up. I figured training would help work that out,that wasn't the case. I took some Ibuprofen and had my wife work on it for about 30min. Woke up this morning and it was feeling alot better. There still a little weakness and some tense muscles but nothing that stopped me from working out

    It was a sad and frustrating day! I had to break down and pack up my training equipment today. My father is selling his building that his business was in, so the guys came in and starting cleaning out the shop. So now I am out a place to work out at and to add salt to the wound the guys threw out some of my workout equipment!!!! I was really pissed off about that!!!!!! I don't have much room at the house so I'm going to have to come up with something.
