Training Log: June 9th, 2006

Alright workout today. I did yard work for about an hour, 30min of it was using a 50 year old roto-tiller that weighted about 900lbs(not that much but it is really heavy). That was a workout in itself, good full body workout. I can't do any KB's for awhile due to the fact that I have blisters on my hands from that damn thing. Afterwords I went for a run, though the pace was slower than normal due to all the work I did just before but that's why I did it.
