Training Log: July 18th, 2006

My lower back wasn't feeling real good after my workout yesterday. I think I need to get a new bed, I felt a little twinge when I woke up. I figured training would help work that out,that wasn't the case. I took some Ibuprofen and had my wife work on it for about 30min. Woke up this morning and it was feeling alot better. There still a little weakness and some tense muscles but nothing that stopped me from working out
