    I got my letter of acceptence for the Regional Correction Rifle Specialist Team (Snipers)tryouts. So I geared my workout today towards what I'll be doing, Tactical Pullups, 40 yrd sprint from prone, 2 mile run (timed), obstical course.

    1hr MA training - 5-10min rest

    10BW pullups (BW=185) needs work!!! Rest 2min
    40yrd sprint x2 Rest 2min
    2 mile run 15:42 Rest 2min
    (Mock obstical)
    20 hill climbers - 5 clean/squat/press 25kg-R - 30 jumping ...

    Wasn't feeling too good due to my allergies so I didn't do my strength training.

    Allergies are kicking my ass today, really feeling worn out. Did half of my normal KB workout.

    Rows 10reps-25kg
    Turkish Getups (squat style)4x18kg
    Extreme comprimise walking single 25kg R/L
    Single leg deadlits 5 R/L double 25kg
    Step and twist walk(toe out/toe in - name???) 2 25kg in rack pos. I got it from my Bagua practice, I think Cotter has a name for them though.

    Rest 3min and repeated.
