    I sliced my finger open yesterday at work so I couldn't do everything I normally do. I worked around it as much as possible and did more stuff with the opposite hand.

    Had a good training session today. I broke my hook on my heavy bag so I used it in my conditioning. Did some stair climbs, ground and pound routines, pickup and press. Turned out to be pretty fun improvised session
