    The run went well today. Leg strength is increasing which is translateing to increased speed during my runs while keeping the same amount of RPE. I added some extra hills today and a couple of extra minutes.

    Felt solid all the way around today. Took me awhile to get going and find my groove but it all ended up well.

    Good day today. I busted butt during my MA training. I got a good cardio workout without compramising my techniques, while also remaining focused on the task at hand. That's a good thing for me considering I probably got a slight case of ADHD ha ha.
