    Weather was really hot today so it was a good day to go running. Waited till it cooled down a little though, didn't want to end up dead on the side of the road somehwere.

    Starting to get back on track with my regular workouts. I've done a few workouts here and there but nothing worth mentioning. We had an emergency at work so we were locked down the past 3 days and I worked alot of overtime.

    Plan on takeing it easy this week, just to get my body back into rythum

    Well tryouts for the Rifle Team were today. It eneded up being a litttle harder than expected. Some of the stuff was easy but the 2mile run was harder due to elevation and that it was raining and my sweat shirt and running pants were soaked. The O course was a bear since we had to do it last. Overall the O course wasn't too hard but it will test your conditioning. I did puke afterwords though.

    I think the KB training helped but I think if you need to wrok your conditioning that ...
