    light workout this morning still sore from the gym workout the other day

    tae guk 1 and pal gwe 1 (I like to spend alot of time fine tuning forms, using different speeds, amounts of tension, etc.)

    punching, kicking, blocking drills, 3x3 2 minute rounds shadow boxing, then 10 hindu squats, 20 push-ups, 2 pull-ups

    I plan on using the pull-up/push up/hindu squat routine in place of KB's every other morning, and continue with the shadow boxing on those days ...
