Week 9 of Coan Phillipi DL routine:
DL 350 x 1
Spd DL 250 x 3 x 2
Pwr Shrug 265 x 5 x 2
SLDL 245 x 5 x 2
HLR x 5 x 2
350 felt quite good. Very low volume makes it tempting to do something more; need to make sure I don't. Two weeks to max.
