Finished up the cycle. I really have improved my dead lift since dropping back. I have a slight arch in my lower back. I have my hamstrings stretched. Quarter squat depth. Shins almost vertical. What I really gained this cycle was that I found that my hips were going up before the bar was. So I really started leaning back to the point where you feel you would fall if not for the heavy object in your hand counter balancing everything. This is something I have seen mentioned on the S & C forum....
