Very eventful variety day
First a new P.R- I did 2 32Kg Tgu's / side with out stopping and felt stronger when I finished.
Then I figured I needed to forget about pistols and test out my back squat. I discovered that with my body weight on the bar I barely got the bar up once.
So then I did 140 x 3 and 110 x 5..
So the last 2 sets were great and the1st set was amazing for assessment purposes. I think if I work some clear away from failure back squats in place...
