First blog entry
This is my very first entry. So here's where I'm at.
I'm just a beginner and nothing special yet but I am obsessive about my hobbies and I promise to anyone who reads this that I will become as strong as the info I learn from Pavel, dragon door and my body allow me to become. I wanna be a good fighter. I wanna be a psychologist an I want to be STRONG. I think about these things more then I think about women. So far I have been an avid Pttp follower. Following advice I got from the dragon door form I'm following a strict Pttp diet of Dead lifts and side presses. My maxes last cycle were 315 x 5 for the dead lift and 75 x 5 for the side press. Thats not amazing but half a year ago when I started I could not side press the 35 # bar the weights are clamped on to 5 times and my dead lift was at 210 x 5 so I think this program is nothing short of great. I'm going to finish up one more 6 week cycle and then i'm going to start my first 6 week run at the program minimum. So at the end of this cycle I'll post some new maxes.

Nice job bro! I'm basically in the same boat as you. It's hard to post blogs cuz even tho I know I'm feeling stronger, when I see my numbers compared to other ppl im like.....damit. Anyways, just finished doing some PttP like you (don't have any gym access anymore tho, so gonna do some Naked Warrior stuff--you can check my blog about that) and am gonna start the PM once my first kettlebell arrives. Maybe we should have some competition or somethin, eh? Haha, well good luck. Power to you!
