New Form, The goal is set
I have improved my form a great deal on the Deadlift and it only cost me 20 pounds so now my max is 290 x 5. Second I fixed my form my upper back grew and your not even suppose to grow. So my advice to anyone who thinks Pttp is a bad program or the dead lift is not a full body blast is go back, examine what your doing and figure out where your making your mistake's. I love this program so much that I have decided to make 500 pounds my goal that can only be quit under one condition. Unless it starts taking 3-4 weeks or more to make 5 pound gains and after careful evaluation that it is the absolute the best move to make there is no quitting. If it gets to that point then cycling between Pttp and kettle bells will then be allowed. So the goal is set. Power To The People!!!
