Wall squats x 10
Tiger stretch pumps x 5
Green JS toe touches x 10

DL: 225 x 5, 275 x 2 (OH grip), 325 x 5,1, 295 x 5
MP: 160 x 5, 150 x 5
Front squat: 195 x 5, 175 x 5
Pullups: BW + 12kg x 5, BW + 8kg x 5, BW x 6

Did the extra single DL w/ 325 b/c I wanted to see how much different the groove was compared to the T&G reps. Came up slower, but I didn't have enough tension. Something to pay attention to in the future.
