    10 sets of 3 reps max weight.

    Had trouble holding the front squat with the hands facing out grip, becuase of hand and wrist position; they are not used to this position when doing front squats. Got up to 225 with 3 reps, but after the 7th set did one rep with and then did 3 reps with a different hand hold.

    Wont be able to work out on Thursday so I went a little harder today.

    100- pullups (did this 30 sec faster...PR)
    100- push-ups
    100- janda sit-ups
    100- KB snatches (2 pood kb)
    100- bodyweight squats

    Then ran 4 miles in approx. 37 min (slow pace after the Angie.

    75 reps of thrusters supposed to be 95#. I used 2 x 1.5 pood kb.

    Then completed a 4.25 mile run at 32:32

    1st Station: Sandbag (160#)/ 2 pood KB carry for about approx. 45meters x 2

    2nd Station: Lunges for 1:00
    3rd Station: Star Jumpers (start in a full squat then jump with legs and arms spread out, then return to start position)for 1:00
    4th Station: Flutter kicks for 1:00
    5th Station: Push-ups (or press-ups if you prefer)for 1:00
    6th Station: Oblique crunches (need a break sometime)for 1:00
