    Deadlift/One-armed press Session (all weight in kgs.)

    Deadlifts:

    50 x 10 reps x 1 set
    120 x 3 x 1 set
    160 x 1 x 5 sets
    170 x 1 x 1 set

    Shrugs:

    2 sets x 8 reps x 90

    One-arm press:

    4 sets x 3 reps x 35 (first time I ever tried this so I was experimenting)

    Good-Mornings 2 sets x 6 reps x 50

    Bicep work (dumbbell curls 3 x 5 x 22,5)
