2)Dbl Db snatch 8(5)/50lb db/8min: Done density style. Started a new set every minute. Basically 30sec rest in between sets. Felt really strong and my work capacity has skyrocketed since starting the program. Could've completed another 8min.
3)Dbl FSQ + PP 4(5)/60,65,60,65/75sec
4)I felt so good I decided to do a high rep set of squats for max GH release. Did 30 reps with 135lbs. Felt great!
5)Spinal hangs and decompressions on pullup bar 1 set 2:00min
6)Hanging knee ups 1(15)
Overall great workout! The days off really paid dividends. I was a little overtrained. I may need 2 days off in between workouts to fully recover!
