Working at st. 3 today, only had 1 pood and a 1&3/4 pood with me.

Did 3 sets of five exercises, started at the top of every minute, with a minute rest between sets. Took 17 min.

Set 1 - 1 pood only
swings 20 reps - 37 sec
C&J 5r/5l - 50 sec
DARC swg 8r+8l - 35
RKC Snatch 6/6 - 37
C and P 6/6 - 50

1 min rest

Set 2 - 1 & 3/4 pood (62#)
Swings 15 - 30 sec
C & J 3r/3l - 40
DARC swg 7/7 -30
RKC snatch 5/5 - 40
C and P 3/3 - 40

1 min rest

Set three- 35# and 62# used
Anchored CLEAN 5r/5l (62cln/35ancr) 35 sec
C and J 4/4 62# only 42 sec
Swings 15 w/62# - 30 sec
FS/PPr Combo 35# & 62# switched 4/4 30 sec
Swings 62# 20 - 40sec

Short and sweet. Don't want to go to hard while I'm on-duty. Most sets completed in 40 +/- 5 seconds in a minute, so it was obviously a str-end w/o.

Did some reverse curls with a 2" thick bar and some partial DLs with a 2&3/8" thick bar. Great for forearms, esp. outsides.
