PU BW, BW (5)
FCT 45, 65 (5) * with peg board drill
DL 225, 265

NOTES
Too much time in between workouts. Tried to use all elements of efficiency...especially alignemnt on DL. 265 felt WAY too heavy. 365 was floating a few months ago...but there was a cost.
