    Long cycle: 2x16kg 100reps nonstop.No rest in rack position.15 min. rest.
    Snatches 24kg x100!! reps each arm. Big PR!! My goal was 70-80 reps than rest pause until 100. But felt "not bad after 80 reps" so I made my PR with 100 reps each arm.
