Not a great morning.. felt a little weak....

32KG swings, 10 reps

1 10 2 handed swings, 100 skips jump rope
2 10 2 handed swings, 100 skips jump rope
3 10 2 handed swings, 100 skips jump rope
4 Started swings on the minute, 10 reps
5 10 2 handed swings
6 10 2 handed swings
7 10 2 handed swings
8 10 2 handed swings
9 10 2 handed swings
10 10 2 handed swings
11 10 2 handed swings
12 10 2 handed swings

Went to the gym and did 30 minutes on elliptical, level 12 on full body program.
