1st ladder: LH OK: RH OK
2nd ladder: LH OK: RH OK
3rd ladder: LH OK: RH OK
4th ladder: LH OK: RH OK
5th ladder: LH failed 3rd rung: RH OK

Pull-ups (L-seat) all ok.

24kg KB Swings: 6 mins @ 20 swings per min.
Only did 1 min-lost momentum. \couldn't be arsed.
