    Just about 2 weeks out of ACL surgery and working on getting range of motion back.

    I am at about 90 degrees of bending my left leg.

    Making good gains. Core is getting very stong. Need to go back to basics concentrate and focus during every exercise.

    Garbage workout!

    Need to start routines, no winging it!

    Refer to MOffice for routine notes!

    Failed to keep the arm loose ont he down swing of the KB. Sore left bicep for 3-5 days.
