    AM session:

    Squat warm-up: 100kg for 8 reps butt to ankles with a pause at the bottom of the squat
    Squat working: 150kg for 2 sets of 3 reps, didn't get the bar sitting right had to re-set so 2 sets and not the usual 1 set.
    Jump squats: 70kg, 2 sets 8 reps
    single leg jump squats: 25kg 2 sets 8 reps
    upright rows: used a cable machine with plate 18 for 2 sets of 8 reps
    dumbbell bench press: 40kg dumbbells 2 sets of 6 reps
    knee tuck jumps: ...

    well got a little bored and decided to do the One Arm Long Cycle Clean and Jerk 10 mintue test with a 24kg (53lb) KB....

    Ater hitting the wall of 'what am i doing this for' i finished with 60 reps L&R with some blisters on my callous's...
