AM session:

Squat warm-up: 100kg for 8 reps butt to ankles with a pause at the bottom of the squat
Squat working: 150kg for 2 sets of 3 reps, didn't get the bar sitting right had to re-set so 2 sets and not the usual 1 set.
Jump squats: 70kg, 2 sets 8 reps
single leg jump squats: 25kg 2 sets 8 reps
upright rows: used a cable machine with plate 18 for 2 sets of 8 reps
dumbbell bench press: 40kg dumbbells 2 sets of 6 reps
knee tuck jumps: 3 sets of 10 reps


PM:
had another go at the 1 Arm Long Cycle Clean and Jerk 10 minute test with my 24kg KB...

got out to a good start 20 reps L&R feeling good, may have been too fast then went back to 10 reps L&R. Got to about 40 reps L&R time was going good, then had nothing and had to dropback to 5 reps L&R to make it thru, but ended up with 60 reps L&R.
Though i did end up with the same reps, i felt stronger and was looking good against the clock and thinking i could put 10+reps onto my score, but i may have got my abilities and ambitions mixed, but all good....
