How do you do that thing you do
That we call the TGU?
Some use it as a lift some as a screen
The threaded discussions can get pretty mean.

Some raise their hips high and others low
Some go fast and some go slow.
Some go heavy and others light
Do you despise or enjoy the fight?

Some start on the ground others their feet
I see variations by the people I meet.
Some use dumb or kettlebells
Others use a shoe that smells.

As long as you keep your shoulders packed
