Hello. This is my training blog, which as of right now consists of:
Kettlebell swings and TGU, in the Titan Challenge format:
-Monday: Heavy Get Ups + Pull Ups
-Tuesday: VO2 Max Swings
-Thursday: Volume Get Ups + Pull Ups
-Friday: VO2 Max Swings
GTG pistols 6 days a week. I use dice to vary up the reps (and therefore depth--box pistols) of each one.
Sunday's off unless I decide to go to Dr. Mark Cheng's sunday kettlebell session, in which case Saturday is off or very light.

-Frozen Fruit: 2 small glasses
-1 Banana
-Superfood: 5 even spoons
-Rice-protein: 7 even spoons
-Water: 1 cup
-OJ: 1 & 1/2 cups
Improvements:
-More OJ: 2 cups
-1 more spoon of both rice-protein and superfood
-1 Banana
-Superfood: 5 even spoons
-Rice-protein: 7 even spoons
-Water: 1 cup
-OJ: 1 & 1/2 cups
