Prep Work: Toe-touch, hip opener (front and side), face up stretch, tactical frog, pec stretch

2 hand swing: 4x10 16 kg

Pec-stretch, brettzell

Half get-up: 3x5/5 bw

My back felt pretty good after stretching, so I added an extra swing set.
