    Started ROP back up after having to stop pressing for almost a month (shoulder problem).

    15 minutes of stretching and joint mobility

    ROP light day
    3 ladders 1rung C&P with 24kg kb
    I don’t think my shoulder is ready for C&P yet. Back to getups I guess.
    60 2 hand swings in four minutes with 32kg kb
