    I've read just about most dragondoor products and am new to this forum. Dragondoor is among the most impressive resources in the world today...nowhere else have i seen their attentio to detail. I still have a few questions:

    In the 3-5 sytem, i understand the bit about 3-5 exercises 3-5, sets and 3-5 reps....but am not clear on what the 3-5 days refers to. Could someone please clarify this for me
