    Club = Double Snatch, 16 kgs
    Diamond = Clean and Jerks, 16 kg

    13+12+11+10+9+8+7+6+5+4+3+2+1 = 91 reps per exercise total

    1/4 mile walk

    9 reps of each exercise

    100 reps total each.

    LH Snatches, 16 kg: 1 minute
    RH Snatches, 16 kg: 1 minutes
    LH Cleans, 16 kg: 1 minute
    RH Cleans, 16 kg: 1 minute
    Two Handed Swings, 16 kg: 1 minute
    Rest: 1 minute

    During the 4th round, alternated hands during the cleans every 15 seconds rather than every minute, due to fatigue
