This workout involved two-53lb KB, two 25lb Clubbells, & a 123lb Sand Bag.

DL w/ 123lb Sandbag X 5
Sandbag Pop Press X 4
1-arm KB Swing X 10 L/R
Group 2
Dbl KB Clean & Split Jerk
Sandbag Rows X 5
Sandbag Burpee to Overhead Press X 3
Slingshot 10 L/R
DDL KB Swing X 5
This is my last PHA workout. On Monday I will implement Bear Crawls & DBL Swings for another 8-week cycle most likely.
