Hey, I improved in my deadlift. I finished my DL cycle yesterday @ 470 lbs. A 35 lb improvement. 130 more lbs to go before I reach my target. Hope to reach it before the end of this year, if not surpass it. Joined a new gym on Monday, a gym which doesn't have restrictions like the last one and has a lot more floor space. Started back the barbell side press yesterday @ 30 lbs. Let's see if the 50 lb plateau can be busted.
