Improvement in side press

I finished my PTTP side press cycle yesterday. I'm happy to report an improvement of 20 lbs on both sides. The structured wave cycle really works. Had to after being stuck on 50 lbs on the side press for so long.

Wrt to deadlift cycle, I'm going to aim for 475 lbs on Monday. I'll see how that goes, and depending on that outcome, see if I can inch closer to 500 lbs or if I have to stop the cycle
