Yes, I have a new 1RM of 500 lbs. Pulled it on Monday. I'm really really thrilled. Imagine 270 lbs 1 RM was 11 months ago, seemed like just yesterday. I must say now that I am a PTTP convert. High volume, high rep sets to failure with power leakages in the body just doesn't cut it. High tension, heavy, low rep sets is the way to go. PTTP!!

Onward to 600 lbs!!
