    20 minutes - As many rounds as possible

    Round:
    7 Reps 135lb ass-to-grass squat
    15 push ups

    Total rounds in 20 minutes: 12

    At first the weight felt extremely light and I was starting to question my load selection. After the 5th set though, things started to get a bit tough. By the 12th round I really had to grunt out those last two reps. Overall, great workout!

    Modified Crossfit Workout

    800 meter run
    20 barbell thrusters 95 lb
    30 pull ups
    600 meter run
    15 barbell thrusters 95 lb
    15 pull ups
    400 meter run
    10 barbell thrusters 95 lb
    9 pull ups

    Once again forgot to bring my damn stopwatch to the gym. Had to break up the thrusters and pull ups into mini sets. Biggest challenge wasnt any particular exercise - just an overall lack of oxygen

    Practiced Clean & Jerks (heavy doubles)

    Workout:
    5 Rounds - Each Round consisted of the following
    400 meter run
    10 C&J 105lb

    I did the running at around a 7 minute mile pace (I Need to get faster on those 400 meter runs) it was the C&J that really slowed me down.

    5 mile run in about 39 minutes. Hot as hell outside.
    Did some sprinting on the way back home (after finishing the run).
